Kal Penn’s upcoming wedding just got more incredible.
The former adviser to the president recently spoke for the first time about his sexuality prior to the publication of his memoir You Can’t Be Serious.
He also confirmed that after 11 years, he will tie the knot with partner Josh.
Penn then found himself on a flight to Los Angeles with Cardi B before falling asleep dreaming that she had directed the couple’s wedding.
Cardi got wind of the tweet and replied:
First, why didn’t you say hello! Second, I am licensed to do that …… .. let me know. https://t.co/NTGvVdacFY

When Penn insisted he didn’t say hello for not wanting to be disrespectful, he also said he was definitely ready to let her officiate their wedding.

The comments come after Penn recalled meeting his other half while serving in the White House for two years under the Obama administration.
Penn talked about their first date, which he thought got off to a disastrous start when Josh arrived with a box of Coors Light and plans to watch NASCAR on TV.
“I thought this was obviously not going to work,” the actor told People. “I have a day off from the White House and this guy unironically watches cars go around and turn left? Next up, you know, it’s been a few months and we watch NASCAR every Sunday. I’m like, ‘What happened?’ I wanted the reader to enjoy the love and humor of all of these stories. “
