Christina Haack and Ant Anstead already started new relationships after their divorce … and now we know what goodies they bring with them.
TMZ has received new legal documents showing the division of property among the ex-couple, showing the “flip or flop” star retains ownership of 4 California properties and one in Tennessee.
According to the records … Christina also got a Range Rover and a Bentley and kept her wedding ring.
Ant takes 100 percent ownership of his company – including a media production company – and SEVEN vehicles … a Range Rover, Land Rover, 2019 Lotus Type 62, Alfa Romeo Tipo, 1958 Porsche, Ford Mustang, and a Comet.
As we told you before … Christina and Ant’s Divorce finalized last month, and the two will share custody of their one-year-old son. Hudson. Neither of them have to make dough for child or spouse maintenance.
Since the divorce news, the exes have announced that they are both already dating someone else.
Christina says it smoked toad poison and it led to her finding a new friend in Joshua Hall … and Ant has moved on to a great Hollywood star – Renée Zellweger.
