Desi Dulha without Ghoda or Gaadi rides on his friend’s shoulders to his wedding

Similar to wearing a perfect sherwani or suit, a groom also dreams of making a striking appearance on his wedding day. And why not! After all, it’s one of the few monumental moments of a wedding where all eyes are on the groom.

With that in mind, many grooms are pulling on the old school Baraat entry ideas and opting for fresh and quirky arrivals instead. While some become royal and arrive in swanky cars like real maharajas, others take the fun quotient a notch higher by getting on elephants, rickshaws, and bicycles. However, a groom could have topped it all off with the most unusual and at the same time coolest way to make his way to the wedding.

In a video that goes viral, a groom who didn’t get a Ghoda (horse) or Gaadi (car) for his wedding found the best Jugaad and it works.

The clip shows ‘gaon ka dulha’ riding on his friend’s shoulder and marching to his wedding while village children dance wholeheartedly.

The video was posted on Instagram by a user named “official_niranjanm87”.

That’s why we love social media and of course our desi dulhas. They know how to make an impression.

In an independent incident in June, a groom was seen carrying his bride on his shoulders in knee-deep water after their boat got stuck.

A man in his wedding attire was seen lifting the bride on his shoulder as he walked down the path that was flooded with water from the Kankai River in the Kishanganj district of Bihar.

According to various reports, Shiv Kumar Singh, the groom, and other relatives returned from the village of Palsa across the river. After the wedding, the bride, groom and other relatives should return by boat.

When the boat got stuck in the sand near their village, the husband had to help his newly married wife. As the man picked up his wife, his relatives began to cheer and he was seen wading through the muddy water and carrying her.
