JONESBORO, Ark. (KAIT) – The police are looking for the suspect who broke into a storage room and stole two cars.
A red Chevy truck and a blue FJ were stolen from the unit.
The cars that had been passed down from Bruff’s family.
The red truck belonged to Colton, the blue FJ belonged to Adeline.
Her father, Stacy, made it up for his children.
“It’s one of the things we held onto and we knew we were excited to keep my father’s name and pass it on,” Adeline said.
Stacy set up Adeline’s car as a wedding present to drive her and her husband away on what she calls the greatest day of their lives.
Colton was shocked to hear what had happened. “I didn’t think it was real with all of the things that happened,” Colton said.
“I’ve had a lot of good things in the last year, but to hear that is a bit like wow, the world is against me right now and I think it felt the same way.”
The police are still investigating what happened, but Colton and Adeline need your help to find their cars.
