Love was in the air as the Rochdale Wedding Show rolled into town last weekend.
More than 400 newlyweds attended the wedding show at the Mercure Norton Grange Hotel and Spa.
During the day, 30 companies showed the latest trends in bridal wear, formal menswear and everything else you need for the big day.
The latest clothing collections from various designers were worn by models from the Bespoke Wedding Boutique, with live music from the “Singing Waiters” from Surprise Shows and the wedding pianist Craig Morgan.
The show outside, however, stole four very special guest alpacas from Calderbrook Alpacas as well as a collection of wedding cars.

Councilor Sue Smith, Cabinet Member for Community and Cooperation for Rochdale Borough Council, said, “It’s a great event that gets local businesses to chat face-to-face with so many prospects, and we’ve been told by several distributors that it was their busiest wedding event ever, so that’s good to hear.
“The fair also attracted visitors from far beyond the district and brought new business from afar.
“The venue looked amazing and it was great to have so many amazing local businesses and the magnificent Norton Grange Hotel and Spa to showcase.”
The show, postponed twice due to Covid, has been moved to the hotel as Rochdale Town Hall is under renovation.
Visitors also had the opportunity to see the spa facilities, indoor pool, thermal suite and beauty suites, as well as the leisure facilities and newly renovated luxury rooms.
