Christina Haack and ex-husband Ant Anstead are now sharing their assets together, one month after their divorce is finalized.
The couple, who married in 2018 and separated less than two years later, have agreed to let HGTV diva Haack, 38, her four California properties and one Tennessee spot, while Wheeler Dealers host Anstead, 42, will keep seven vehicles . according to TMZ.
In addition, Haack’s 8.5-carat wedding ring with 16 diamonds remains in her possession.

He also retains 100 percent of his businesses, which include media production company Ant Anstead Limited.
Christina, who is the mother of three, will also go with a full garage, but she’s sticking with it Range Rover and Bentley.

In their divorce settlement, the former couple agreed to split 50/50 custody of their one-year-old son Hudson.
Haack also shares two children with her first husband, Tarek El Moussa, with whom she still stars on the house renovation show Flip Or Flop.
El Moussa has since started a romance with Selling Sunset star Heather Rae Young, 33, when the couple got engaged.
Haack recently reported on Instagram about how she met her new boyfriend after a refueling phase in which she “took time off, hired a spiritual coach and smoked a bufo toad”.
Bufo toad, also known as toad venom, contains secretions of bufotenin and 5-MeO-DMT, which “are two substances known for their psychedelic properties,” according to the National Library of Medicine.

Trippy: Haack recently opened up on Instagram about how she met her new boyfriend Josh Hall after a recharge period of “taking time off, hiring a spiritual coach, and smoking a bufo toad.”
According to the library, some of their “users say that inhaling the fumes of the toad secretion helps relieve depression and stress,” and they are “considered controlled substances by the Drug Enforcement Administration.”
Also known as the Colorado river toad or Sonoran desert toad, the substance is most common in areas of Mexico and the southwestern United States. It had been illegal in California since 1970 and banned in several US states.
Haack added in an Instagram post that when they met last spring, their “synchronicities hit us so hard and quickly that they were impossible to ignore” and that she “immediately felt like crazy protected for him and him wanted to keep to myself and get to know each other before the media picked up.
