Durham’s Nikita Jasmine got angry at her wedding to a complete stranger on Married At First Sight.
After British viewers became addicted to the Australian version of the explosive reality show during the lockdown, a new domestic series kicked off Monday night with sales rep and model Nikita, the bride who got everyone talking.
Nikita, 27, who is friends with Geordie Shore stars like Chloe Ferry and Sophie Kasaei, made it clear from the start what she was looking for in a groom, stating that she was looking for a 6 foot tall guy with muscle, greens Eyes and nice teeth.

In Married At First Sight, singles marry a total stranger chosen by relationship experts to be their love partner.
They have absolutely no say in the matter and will meet their other half for the first time at their wedding.
Nikita was paired with Ant, but when she saw him walking down the aisle, the MAFS viewers saw Nikita grumble, “You just did the total opposite of what I asked for.

“I mean, obviously I’ve talked a lot about looks. Appearance was a big deal to me and I don’t think they listened to my words.”
Durham bride Nikita then swore as the ceremony got underway, got into trouble with her veil, and said, “For God’s sake,” while her neighbors and Ant’s friends and family watched without saying a word. They sat awkwardly in silence and waited for the ceremony to begin.
Her new father-in-law described Nikita as “brave and bold” when she tried to give Ant a chance, and viewers were divided on what they thought of her.
While some had devoured all of Nikita’s fireworks, others branded her rude and couldn’t believe the way she reacted to Ant.
One responded: “MAFSUK, how rude is Nikita! He’s too good for you, darling. You don’t deserve him. Run Ant run.”
In reference to the feelings, another tweeted: “Nikita OMG! Would you like a side salad with your demands for a husband! Good luck ant” and a third wrote: “Awks! I think we can safely say that the Nikita ‘ Ehe ‘the car accident is one of the series (even without seeing the rest!) “
When other avid viewers compared Nikita to Cyrell from Married At First Sight Australia, she had other fans of the show defending her.
One tweeted: “I have a feeling that Nikita is masking her insecurities by being overly confident. I hope she gets softer, I think she’s cute. “
