Motor Fuel Group charged for switch to electric cars | shop

The UK’s largest independent chain of petrol stations will be spending £ 50million this year to install 350 fast chargers on their nationwide property.

The Motor Fuel Group plans to install chargers that will allow motorists to add 160 kilometers of range to their vehicles in less than ten minutes.

The company said the hubs would help build driver confidence in electric vehicles, adding that charging “on-route” is essential for drivers as many do not have access to charging “at home”.
