Shock as £500k Ferrari SF90 crashes head-on into row of parked cars in Halesowen

Residents have been left stunned after a rare Ferrari crashed into a row of parked cars in Halesowen. The hypercar, dubbed the ‘quickest car of the decade’ and said to be worth in the region of half a million pounds, plowed into the vehicles on the Hagley Road, near to the Rose and Crown Pub on Wednesday evening.

Police and fire crews from Haden Cross and Billesley Station s attended and made the scene safe. No one was said to have been injured in the incident which happened at 7.40pm.

Images taken at the scene shows the gleaming red Ferrari SF90 with a distinctive numberplate, crashed head-on into a white car. The force of the impact has sent the white car into three other vehicles parked behind it.

The airbags on the Ferrari are deployed and debris strewn across the roadway. Bewildered residents can be seen standing around on the phone.

A spokeswoman from West Midlands And Staffordshire Fire and Rescue said: “We were called by the police to reports of an RTC. Once car ended up in collision with a number of parked vehicles.

“No one was reported trapped or injured. We left just after 8.45pm.”

The Italian sports car, goes from zero to 124mph in 6.7 seconds, and has a top speed of 211mph.
