Forget about your prom limo. The Bentley Mulsanne Grand Sedan is the type of luxury sedan that could give a certain custom boat tail a try. Five copies of one of the most exclusive luxury rides from the Bentley Emirates brand have now been put up for sale.
While their availability is noteworthy enough, the vehicles are also in pristine condition as they have never been driven. The body sedans were handcrafted in 2015 by the automaker’s bespoke division, Bentley Mulliner. Once completed, they were shipped to the United Arab Emirates, where the customer received the sedans and then apparently simply stowed them away. According to a press release, none of the sedans have ever been registered or used. Bentley Emirates recently repurchased the vehicles and has decided to give collectors one last chance to buy the ultra-rare automobiles.

The Mulsanne Grand Sedan is 3.28 feet longer and 3 inches taller than the sedan it’s based on. The effects of these modifications are best felt in the actual passenger cabin. The already spacious rear now offers space for two rows of seats, which are opposite each other, similar to a private jet. An “intelligent” electrochromic glass partition between the driver’s cockpit and the passenger cabin ensures privacy. If you want to play, there are folding picnic tables, a drinks cabinet with bespoke crystal glasses, and a bottle cooler and champagne glasses nestled between the forward-facing seats.
Each of the five sedans has its own unique visual identity, according to Bentley. The first has a finish in Silver Frost over Moroccan Blue with an interior in Imperial Blue and Linen. Another has Damson over Black Crystal on the outside and Damson and Twine leather on the inside. Then there’s a sedan with an onyx over candy red color scheme that’s complemented by hotspur and camel seats. Next up is an example coated in Rubino Red over Light Gazelle, offset by a Fireglow and Twine booth. The last sedan is only in Black Sapphire, with an elegant interior in Imperial Blue and Camel.

What is missing in the sales announcement is the price. There is a simple reason for this: The vehicles built as touring coaches are aimed at customers who do not give a lot of thought to things like the price of the stickers. Whoever the buyers are, we suspect these cars will find much more use this time around.
