Indian weddings are always full of happiness, dance, humor and a lot of drama. Recently, during a wedding in the village of Rampura in Ajmer, Rajasthan, a dramatic incident occurred when a horse (mare) ran away with the groom during the baraat, which seriously disrupted the marriage.
This incident occurred while the wedding procession was being celebrated. Everything went well until someone near the horse popped firecrackers and gave it a start. The situation then got out of hand when the horse ran away with the groom after hearing the sound of fireworks.
As can be seen in the video, the owner of the horse runs behind it to control the animal, but his efforts were in vain.
The 14-second video is currently going viral on the internet, making social media users laugh out loud. Check it out below:
To save the groom, the procession followed the angry horse for up to four kilometers on their bicycles and cars. Finally the bridegroom was saved and nothing happened to him. The procession then led him back to the wedding.
With the video grabbing everyone’s attention on the internet, many found the video funny while others felt things got out of hand and could have resulted in an accident.
Well, we should all take care of animals and avoid popping crackers or playing loud music around them as it easily scares them.
