CEBU CITY, Philippines – wedding anniversary.
A simple line that makes our hearts beat a little faster.
Why? Because it is on that day, we can say our selves to the person we will cherish forever.
For this reason, a group of wedding providers in Cebu decided to give couples in Cordova a special wedding gift.
Gie Cane, together with Cebu Weddings and Events Planner and several other wedding providers, gave five fishermen and trisikad drivers a free wedding with that certain something.
Instead of the usual photos of bridal cars, the team decided to use “Trisikads” as bridal cars to make it funnier and more unique for the couples.
“We just decided to host a free wedding for her to return the blessings we have received since the wedding industry began. We love your touch and your life, we love to inspire despite pandemic events, “said Cane.

Cane was the wedding coordinator. He was assisted by Jacky Tecson Acebes, the wedding planner.
But not only the two made this project possible. A whole team of wedding providers gave all of their services for free to help make this wedding a dream come true.
Cane said they screened the couples.
“They had to be with children for 10 years or more and not yet married,” she said.
This civil mass wedding took place on April 19, 2021. It was headed by the Mayoress of Cordova, Therese Sitoy Cho.
