One WOMAN sought the help of experts to find the man she’d made a wedding date with even though she’d never met, only to find out he wasn’t the “jet-setter” with fancy cars he was she held him.
Emma, a single mom from Liverpool, hooked up with a guy named Harry on a dating app and had already talked about marriage and children six months later – and the couple agreed to tie the knot in a year.

Despite her obsession with Harry, a fitness enthusiast and entrepreneur who travels a lot for work, Emma began to see red flags when their plans to meet never work out.
Starring in a brand new episode of Catfish UK, which airs Wednesday night at 10pm on MTV, she shares her concern with presenters Julie and Oobah, who agree something is not quite right.
Emma tells the couple, “He’s just about everything I could hope for in a man, he looks amazing, he just ticks every box… I’m pretty obsessed with the boy.
“He’s an entrepreneur, he has real estate portfolios, he’s always here and everywhere.”
She shares that Harry is everything to her because she is a single mother and says that he wants to be there for her and her son. The couple even talked about having kids together – and choosing names for their future babies – as well as tying the knot.
“We discussed locations and dates … so we want to finish it this time next year, we’re going to look at a year,” revealed Emma.
“Harry is special, I’m not usually one of those girls who run into things … this guy changed my whole mind about everything.”
She may be defeated, but Emma is also a little skeptical when she explained that she and Harry don’t have to meet in person just yet.
If they have set up a face-to-face meeting or he said he would call them, Harry doesn’t show up or ring the doorbell. Instead, he sends gifts to apologize for abandoning Emma.
Emma was supposed to meet Harry at the airport once. She traveled to London and waited for him, but he never showed up.
“I picked him up at the airport in London … wait there for the landing, he never shows up, call him, the flight was canceled,” she said.
Emma explained that Harry’s story was confirmed when his flight from Dubai was canceled, but a strange phone call led her to investigate why the two never met.
Emma said, “He was in the business class lounge at the airport, I called him, I’m just trying to see this guy, he answered and said, ‘I’m sorry to have to go.’
“It was pretty dark, I couldn’t really see his features. I tried to call him back, but it said the user was busy. “
After speaking to Emma, Julie and Oobah investigate Harry to find out if he really is who he claims to be, but the reality couldn’t be further from the truth.
The couple checks his phone number and finds that Harry is using a picture of a sports car for his profile picture.
The same picture is posted on Harry’s Instagram account and upon investigation it turns out to be an image that is used by multiple websites – meaning it is not Harry’s real car.
Not only does Harry lie about his lavish lifestyle, but the two of them stumble upon something even more questionable during their deep dive on social media.
Julie and Oobah focus on an image of Harry wearing branded sportswear and find the brand and find the same image.
“Harry is not Harry,” reveals Julie. “Harry is Kamal …”
Viewers have to tune in to see how enamored Emma reacts to the news that her dream man is not who he claims to be after all.
Catfish UK will air Wednesday at 10pm on MTV.
