The condition of at least four injured people is critical
Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh:
A tragedy occurred Tuesday evening on a wedding procession in the Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh after a vehicle moving too fast hit members of the bridal party.
At least one person was killed and 12 injured. The condition of at least four injured people is critical.
The bride was unharmed.
In a 30-second video shared online, the young woman can be seen dancing out of the sunroof of a white car.
The bride is wearing her wedding jewelry and dark sunglasses, her hands in the air, and as the procession (and the car) approaches the wedding venue, she can be seen dancing and swaying to the music playing in the background.
In the last few seconds of the clip, there is an explosive noise to her left and at least two men, including one in a black suit who was just inches away from the bride, are thrown into the air.
The video breaks off to screams and shouts of alarm.
