Bollywood stars Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal, affectionately known as ViKat by their fans, will tie the knot on Thursday (December 9th), and planning is in full swing.
A new ANI report suggests that several dharamshalas have been booked for bouncers and security guards in Chauth Ka Barwada.
Ram Avtar Gurjar, manager of Mata Trust Dharamshala, told the news agency that 27 rooms and 5 halls were booked from December 4th to 10th for around 150 people by a Mumbai event company in connection with the event at Six Senses Fort Barwara.
The Times of India had said that around 100 Jaipur bouncers were hired by the Rajasthan police.
In addition, the event company booked 30 rooms and 5 large halls of the Meena Dharamshala in the Chauth Mata complex from December 5th to 10th. Various other information indicates that Ranthambore’s Taj and other hotels are also booked.
According to the ANI report, Kaif’s mehendi is from Sojat, Rajasthan, and seven white horses are selected for Kaushal’s large contribution.
According to PNN reports, exotic fruits, confectionery, and amenities would be housed in the couple’s suites and their guests. These handcrafted trays and platters from IRIS are made in Rajasthani hand-cut texture combined with walnut wood for the antique look.
A special instruction on bumper stickers for wedding guests was issued ahead of the wedding on Thursday.
All guests must have their full vaccination record and a negative RT-PCR report with them, according to District Collector Rajendra Kishan.
IANS reported that at the wedding ceremony, the DC gave instructions on how to comply with Covid guidelines and the hotel management and other officials concerned about law and order, safety, traffic, parking, etc.
Kishan also told the media that a total of 120 guests were invited to the ceremony December 7-10 and all must adhere to Covid protocols. “Only guests who have been vaccinated twice are allowed access to the wedding venue,” he was quoted as saying to the media.
Filmmaker Kabir Khan, producer Amritpal Singh Bindra and director Anand Tiwari are likely to attend the wedding ceremony, the ANI report said.
The wedding is scheduled to take place at Six Senses Fort Barwara in the town of Chauth Ka Barwara in Sawai Madhopur.
The couple have not yet confirmed the wedding reports. Sangeet, mehendi and wedding ceremonies are said to be held next week, according to reports. After the wedding, a Bollywood-style reception will follow at a later date, according to ETimes.
The romantic rumors started after Kaif said on an episode of “Koffee with Karan” that she would love to work with Kaushal and that they would look good together. Upon hearing this, the actor was completely flattered and made a passed out gesture.
The duo have been spotted together at several events and occasions. She recently appeared in a special screening of Vicky’s film “Sardar Udham”.
