Molly-Mae and Maura Higgins surprise their mums with £60k cars in lavish Christmas gift

MOLLY-MAE Hague returned to her childhood with a lavish gift for her beloved mum.

The 22-year-old went back to Hitchin in North Hertfordshire, with the extravagant gift for her mum, Debbie Gordon.

She surprised her with a brand new Audi Q5 and promised fans she ‘vlogged’ the moment her mum saw the surprise.

“Happy Christmas mum,” the Love Island star captioned her Instagram story, that showed Debbie giving her famous daughter a peck on the lips in front of her new wheels.

Molly decked out the gray car with a giant ribbon and inflatable red star before handing it over on Christmas Day.

“Vlogged this moment,” Molly told fans.

Her Love Island BFF, Maura Higgins also surprised her mum with a new car.

The Irish beauty shared the moment her mum burst into tears when she received the luxury white Mercedes.

“You deserve everything & more. Love you Mammy,” she captioned the Instagram story.

She now lives in Cheshire with the Tommy Fury, also 22 but is back home visiting her family for the festive season.

But sadly the pair are spending the festive season apart.

While cosied up in her bed, Molly told her 6.2m followers on her Instagram Story: “I’ve just had the nearly four hour drive back down south, back home to my family home.

“I’m in my at home bedroom, it feels very nostalgic, very weird, this is where my journey began, Instagram, it feels so nice to be home.

“It always feels so weird being back here. It brings back so many memories.”

She continued: “I always say when I’m back in this room and I post it on my Story, if you remember posts and the Instagram pics I used to take in this bedroom, then you really are a serious OG.”

Before shooting to fame in 2019 on the fifth season of Love Island, Molly had a huge following on Instagram and YouTube.

The creative director of fashion brand Pretty Little Thing went on to show her fans some amazing portraits of herself and Manchester lad Tommy.

She shared a snap of her beau and captioned the post: “Could stare at that face all day.”

In her recent YouTube video the Love Island star explained that it means she doesn’t get to see Tommy over the Christmas period.

She told fans: “I don’t obsess over Christmas, I’m not massively into Christmas.

“Don’t get me wrong I do like it but I’m not obsessed with it.

“I think when you come from a split household Christmas is always a little bit different,” she continued.

“I want to make sure that I spend the time with my family, but when my family are doing their own two different places, it’s always a little bit tricky.

“I like to see Tommy and his family at Christmas but because my family are down south, I don’t really get to do that.”

Molly’s mum Debbie Gordon married her long-term partner Jon Rayner in July with the reality TV star and her older sister Zoe acting as bridesmaids on the day.

She shared photos of the sweet moment to her Instagram and promised to add the exchange to her next YouTube video
