Phillip Schofield attends Ant McPartlin’s wedding to Anne-Marie Corbett
The proud Ant McPartlin started a new double act today – and married his former PA in a “laughing” church wedding with stars.
The star of I’m a Celebrity and Britain’s Got Talent, 45 – one half of the ITV duo Ant and Dec – Anne-Marie Corbett, 43, tied the knot in front of almost 100 loved ones and celebrity guests
Declan Donnelly, Ant’s on-screen partner and sidekick of 32, was the best man. His wife Ali Astall helped with the bridesmaids.
Thu – described as “the showbiz wedding of the year” – was inundated with fellow TV presenters, including Cat Deeley and her comedian husband Patrick Kielty, Christine Lampard and her footie ace husband Frank, Alesha Dixon, Andi Peters and Ant and Dec’s old I’m a celeb buddy Dermot O’Leary.
Bride Anne-Marie looked radiant as she stepped out of a chauffeured Rolls Royce in her flowing white wedding dress by top British designer Suzanne Neville.

She was shown to church by her two teenage bridesmaids and girls, Daisy and Poppy.
The guests wiped their tears away when Poppy read a touching excerpt from Richard Bach’s romantic novel The Bridge Over the River.
But they all giggled as British host Stephen Mulhern put on a mini-comedy routine and made fun of Ant and Dec.
At the end of the service, the congregation cheered loudly before showering the bride and groom with confetti.
This morning, host Phillip Schofield told the Sunday Mirror, “It was amazing. It was really fun, really nice, warm and happy. I really enjoyed it.”

BGT judge David Walliams, who attended with his ex-wife and former glamor model Keeley Hazell, added, “It was very romantic … you have a great sense of humor so there were a few laughs.”
Dozens of fans gathered outside St. Michael’s Church in Heckfield, Hants to congratulate Ant and his new wife.
The happy couple posed for photos under an arch of purple and pink flowers before kissing for the cameras.
The delighted groom also pumped his fist in the air and threw the fans a kiss.

The newlyweds and guests were then whisked off to a £ 100,000 reception at the Heckfield Place Hotel, where the bar served cocktails that cost up to £ 250 each.
Guests ate a menu created by top chef Skye Gyngell and were supposed to party until 1am this morning.
Anne-Marie said “yes” after Ant proposed marriage on Christmas Eve. The wedding ring he had given her yesterday matched an engagement ring he had designed himself.

The couple worked together for years but became an item in 2018, just months after Ant revealed that he and make-up artist Lisa Armstrong were divorcing.
Their 23-year relationship ended in 2017 after Ant said he became addicted to alcohol and prescription drugs following botched knee surgery.
In 2018, the troubled star was arrested for drink-driving after crashing into two cars in Richmond, southwest London. He admitted the offense and was sentenced to a fine of £ 86,000 and a 20 month suspension.

Ant went into rehab and took a year off from television. But in January 2019, days before his return to screen, he said Anne-Marie helped him overcome his alcohol addiction – and saved his life.
He added, “She is the most wonderful true woman. And the way we are and when people see us together, they will see how honest, friendly and happy we make ourselves. “
Tonight he posted an official wedding photo on Ant & Dec’s Instagram account with the headline: “Mr and Mrs McPartlin!”
