Organizer Nicola Peake of the Chouxlicious catering company said: “It’s a very difficult time for everyone right now and the shops and businesses are getting a lot of support, which is fantastic.

“The wedding and events industry is also struggling, however, and this shoot was designed to promote many amazing local suppliers.

“We can all groan about the lack of government support, but it doesn’t help anyone. We have to go ahead, show what we can do and plan for 2021.

“So we all worked together to come up with a vision of an amazing little wedding in a Covid-safe environment. I believe this will be the norm for a few more months.

More Covid-19 coverage:

“Everyone involved spent time and money on this.”

Claire Loughead, who attended the event, added, “Kudos to Nicola Peake. Organizing and running a wonderfully smooth day was a monumental task and she did it with ease. “
