The transit driver specifically delivers after finding a wedding present on the route

KENOSHA, Wisconsin (CBS 58) – A Kenosha firefighter and his bride received a surprise visit at their wedding reception. An uninvited guest gave them a gift that they will not soon forget.

It was a transit worker from the Kenosha area. He was riding his tram on Saturday and discovered something on the tracks that he just couldn’t ignore.

If you’ve gotten into one of Kenosha’s colorful street cars in the past two years, you’ve likely met Bob Cis.

“People come from all over the world to drive this thing,” said Cis.

On Saturday night when his shift came to an end, a white envelope on the train tracks caught his attention.

“And it was right here in the dirt right before the cement started and I got out and picked it up.”

There were two names on the envelope. It seemed like a wedding present.

“Put the tram away in the garage and then tried to chase down the rightful owners,” said Cis.

Not an easy task for a man who has difficulty walking.

“I have problems with my legs and I had big problems with my legs that day for some reason,” said Cis.

The hunt took Cis to two wedding venues before deciding to do some online hunting. Fortunately, he found a page with the information he needed.

“And I noticed that he’s wearing a transit jacket. We joked because we immediately thought we’d get a parking ticket? I was like what’s going on? “said the newlyweds Kaily and Nick Moss,

After Kaily and Nick Moss received the card and cash gift that the giver feared would be lost forever, they offered Cis a bite to eat. He refused, thinking he’d done what he came for and now it was time to go home.

“It meant the world to us, something very simple, and that’s why I originally reached out to his manager to let him know how great a coworker he has,” said Moss.

As for cis, he wonders what the whole hoopla is about.

“It’s not a big deal at all. Most people are good people. Most people would do the right thing. Not everyone, but most people will, ”said Cis.
