Two off-duty police officers and a citizen helped arrest three men on suspicion of theft in a supermarket parking lot.
It happened on Tuesday on Sutton Road, Maidstone, with a lot of suspected stolen electronics from the back of a Ford Fiesta.

Two policemen in an unmarked police car followed the fiesta into the Morrisons parking lot at around 3 p.m.
Two men left quickly and were followed by officers who tried to prevent them from searching.
When one of the suspects became aroused, two off duty officers and a citizen came to the rescue.
A third suspect who remained in the vehicle was also arrested.
A spokesman said: “The three men, aged 59, 46 and 45, were arrested on suspicion of theft and handling of stolen property.”
They were then taken into custody.
The value of the allegedly stolen items is currently unknown, according to the police.
