The Leicestershire Police Road Police detained a vehicle in the early hours of Monday morning (November 29) after its driver was found to be a provisional license holder.
The driver, whom police found wearing shorts in wintry weather, was stopped in the Exploration Drive area of Leicester and had no insurance or supervision while behind the wheel.
“Not the best weather for shorts out walking. Cold walk home,” the unit quipped on their Twitter account.
