The new all-electric models from Stellantis include three from Citroen; two each from Peugeot, Maserati and Fiat’s transporter unit; and one each from Jeep and Opel / Vauxhall.
There will also be ten plug-in hybrid launches: three from Peugeot, two from Opel / Vauxhall and one each from Alfa Romeo, Citroen, DS, Dodge and Jeep.
Before the end of the year, Tavares and other top Stellantis executives will unveil the group’s strategic plan that aims to provide more clarity on several brands that have not invested under FCA, including Fiat, Lancia and Alfa Romeo in Europe and Dodge and Chrysler in the USA
Lancia, Alfa Romeo and DS form the Stellantis premium cluster and are already working together on future models and industrial synergies.
DS is the only fully electric vehicle to offer the DS 3 Crossback E-Tense. It already sells almost 40 percent of its vehicles either as fully electric cars or as plug-in hybrids, the highest percentage in the group.
Lancia’s next models will include a small car with a battery-powered option and an all-electric compact crossover, company sources said.
