The owner of a nearby shop, who wanted to remain anonymous, said they believed no one had been injured, reported BirminghamLive
They said: “I was out the back stocking our shelves so I didn’t see much.
“All I saw was a load of blue nights through our shop window.
“I heard from someone who came in here that police said no one is hurt, but that’s just what I heard, I’m not sure.”
A vehicle behind the police cordon is being inspected by officers.
It appears to have its hazard lights on as police conduct their enquiries.
