A motorist was arrested after trying to drive a three-wheeled car in Bolton.
Greater Manchester Police Department traffic officers discovered the Volkswagen Golf on three wheels after it lost its other on Rishton Lane.
The driver of the vehicle was arrested after taking a roadside breath test of 50 micrograms of alcohol per 100 milliliters. The legal limit is 35.

In a tweet on Thursday at 12:18 p.m., GMP Traffic posted a picture of the car without one of its front wheels.
The tweet read: “The driver of this Volkswagen Golf tried to drive on 3 wheels after losing the other one on Rishton Lane Bolton !!
“# XT18 participated and the driver is being arrested after taking a breath sample from 50 on the curb.”
