A spokesman for the South Central Ambulance Service (SCAS) added, “We were called to Hamble Lane at 3:01 pm for reports of a car that hit pedestrians.
“We sent three ambulance crews, two paramedics, BASICs, the Hazardous Area Response Team (HART) and the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance to the scene.
