A driver was left in deep water after his car got stuck at sea.

Beach goers are cautioned to be careful around Shingle Bank as there is a risk of the car being lifted up by the waves and moving.
A Coast Guard team has been called to the crashed vehicle and has attached a buoy to keep track of where it is moving.
A Sheppey Coastguard spokesman advised, “Please be careful near Shingle Bank in Minster, when you are on the water there is a car by the third buoy.
“This can move with the tide. There is a white buoy attached to it, but it cannot stay in place.”

Just last month, another 4×4 – a Nissan Pathfinder – got stuck in the mud in Folkestone Harbor.
Another driver was trapped on Dover Beach in June.
