Police investigate a fire that melted a car in a Scottish town on Hogmanay.
Rescue workers rushed to the incident on Drumacre Road, Bo’Ness, a few miles east of Falkirk, at around 11:10 p.m. Saturday night.
A photo of the damaged car shows the rear, which was badly melted away by the flames.

There were no reports of injuries from the fire.
A Police Scotland spokesman said:
“The rescue service was present and the fire was safely extinguished by the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service and there were no injuries.
“The investigation into the full circumstances of the incident is ongoing.”
