Motorists heading west on the M50 in Gloucestershire have experienced long delays after a car fire.
The fire broke out around 6 p.m. and one lane was closed at around 7 p.m.
The affected part of the motorway is between exit 2 for Ledbury and exit 3 for Newent.

The M50 motorway connects the M5 to Ross-on-Wye and South Wales.
At 7 p.m. the queues on the freeway were two miles long. By 7.30 p.m. all lanes were clear, but there were delays.
