Meghan said that while the main event was a “spectacle” for everyone, the couple wanted their “union” between the two to last, so they called on the Archbishop of Canterbury to join them in their garden and perform an A more intimate service.
The Duchess also announced that they have now made vows to share with their one-year-old son Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor in Montecito, California, at her home.

The Duke and Duchess’ main wedding took place at St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle, with thousands of visitors and royal fans lining the streets of Windsor.

Meghan wore a bespoke Givenchy wedding dress, and Prince Harry’s family made up a large part of the guest list, including his grandparents, the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh, his father, Prince Charles, and his wife, the Duchess of Cornwall.
Harry’s brother, the Duke of Cambridge, and his wife, the Duchess, also made an appearance just three weeks after greeting their youngest son, Prince Louis. Her two eldest children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, also took part, taking on the roles of page and bridesmaid.
