Police have made no arrests following a “fight” following a collision with three cars in Stockport.

They continued, “There are currently [an] Investigations into this report are ongoing and three vehicles have been confiscated.

“At this point it is not known whether anyone has been injured.”
Now, a new statement from Greater Manchester Police has confirmed that no arrests have been made since then.
“On Monday, September 6, 2021, at around 6 p.m., the police were called to report a malfunction on Hallam Street in Cale Green,” the statement said.

“Research has shown that three cars collided before the occupants had an altercation, before they left the crime scene.
“No casualties were reported and no arrests made.”

The incident resulted in a police chain being set up around the abandoned vehicles.
Photos from the crime scene show two damaged cars – one of which was so deformed that its wheel fell off.
