A car that happened last night (Monday, Sept.
Police later located the vehicle – a red BMW 420D – as it drove down Queensway.
Before the police could start a chase, the car collided with a stationary vehicle and another moving vehicle on the road, blocking a section of Queensway between Darlington Road and the Edinburgh Way roundabout.
A male driver of the BMW and two male occupants then fled on foot and the vehicle was recovered.
The owner of the car suffered minor injuries.
The investigations are ongoing and there have been no arrests.
