At the Star Car Hire Coastal Run, participants took a cruise along the Antrim coast to benefit the charity.
Organized by Mike Barr of Star Car Hire, the event raised £ 1,500 (at press time).
The cruise started at Lustys Centra in Larne Harbor and went up the coast to Portrush and ended at Coleraine.

The vehicles included a Gran Torino “Starsky and Hutch”, a Dodge Charger in the “Fast and Furious” style, a Ford Anglia in the “Harry Potter” style, classic American pickup trucks, muscle (high-performance) cars and even an iconic DeLorean.
Event supporters could also see classic Ford Mustangs, a replica of the Transformers Barricade, Corvettes and VW Beetles
As a thank you to everyone who supported the fundraiser, Mike said, “A big thank you to everyone who has donated so far. Very nice of you all and it’s for a good cause. “
As the only service of its kind in Northern Ireland, the Children’s Hospice looks after over 370 babies, children and adolescents each year in its special children’s ward Horizon House and in the communities through the Specialist Community Nursing Team.
The exhibition included classic American pickup trucks.
The charity receives a small amount from the government, so it relies on the generosity of the local community to help it continue to provide its vital services.
