A police officer was injured when he hit a car while he was in a car chase.
The Volvo C30 was driven by officers in Sheffield city center last week, South Yorkshire police said.
It was seen again in the Greenhill area Thursday morning and was driven the wrong way around a roundabout to avoid officers.
The police followed the car to St. Mary’s Gate and decided to drive into it. One officer is now recovering from “nasty bumps and bruises”.
Police said the “unreasonable driver” had “seriously harmed” himself and the public by driving on cars.
