The A52 is closed in both directions at the junction of Mareham Lane near Threekingham, east of Grantham, following a collision between two vehicles and a police car.
The incident, which involved a police car and another car, resulted in minor injuries to the two officers and the driver of the other vehicle. All were taken to the hospital for treatment.

The police car was responding to an emergency call when the incident occurred.
The road was closed just after 10 a.m. this morning and will remain closed until around 5:30 p.m. tonight.
The investigation is ongoing and anyone who has been in the area or has dashcam footage is requested to contact Lincolnshire Police on number 101 quoting incident number 111, dated Sept. 16.
