Car occupants “shaken” after teenagers thrown stones at Lowestoft

Two people felt “shaken and distraught” after a group of teenagers aimed at their vehicle.

Police are looking for witnesses and information after a criminal damage incident in Lowestoft.

The vehicle was targeted after the two inmates parked a Vauxhall Meriva in The Green car park in Lowestoft at around 8:50 p.m. on Thursday, April 8.

A police spokesman said: “About six teenagers gathered around a parked vehicle, a Vauxhall Meriva, and started throwing food and stones at it while two people were inside.

“Two of the perpetrators then jumped on the hood and ran onto the roof of the vehicle.

“The occupants of the vehicle were shocked and alarmed by the incident.”
