Greater Manchester Police Road officials followed suit in the early hours of Saturday, May 18.
The driver couldn’t lose the guard, eventually stopped and a young child was found in the car. The driver was then arrested for driving dangerously and neglecting children.
GMP Traffic later tweeted: “The driver was a provisional driver’s license holder with no insurance who just didn’t want to quit!
“He’s in Bury now, waiting for an interview, and the child has been protected by referrals.”
