The incident occurred around 3 a.m. on Abergele Road in the city.

Pictures from the scene of the accident showed the presence of the police, fire brigade and rescue services.
A car was badly damaged on the side of the road, shops were damaged, and the road was littered with rubble.
Witnesses at the scene suspected that a vehicle had driven down the street at high speed and collided with the front of a shop.
There were no immediate reports of injuries.
