A single car was involved in an accident in Edinburgh tonight when police arrived at the scene of the accident in the capital.
A white Volkswagen Golf crashed into a bus stop on St. Leonard’s Street, right next to Bernard’s Terrace, tonight when a boy apparently left the car unharmed, an eyewitness reported.
There were no injuries at the scene as the police blocked the road to other traffic, which in turn led to delays on this side of the city.
A police spokesman for Scotland said: “We were made aware of an accident involving a single car that hit a bus stop on St.
“Officials are on site and the car has been recovered.”
In photos sent to us by an eyewitness, the car seems to have lost control and crashed head-on into the bus stop.
