A main street in Salford was closed after an accident.
According to eyewitnesses, Regent Road near the junction with Ordsall Lane has been partially closed by police.
The incident causes traffic disruption on surrounding roads, including Mancunian Way.
Queues are also said to build up along Regent Road and Oldfield Road.

Drivers are encouraged to avoid the area.
Both outbound lanes are to be closed and traffic will be diverted through Ordsall Lane.
Pictures from the scene show damage to a blue BMW and another car.
An ambulance was also discovered at the scene.
