A woman was caught on video forcing her young, screaming son into the trunk of a car before lifting off and nowhere to be found. Chelsea Trujillo, 33, allegedly pushed her five-year-old son into the back of a Chevrolet Malibu despite a bystander repeatedly ordering her to stop.

“Dude, you can’t put the kid in a damn trunk,” Trujillo could be heard yelling in the clip as the mother closed the trunk and walked to the driver’s seat.

The mother paused and looked at the viewer who appeared to be the person who was recording the episode.

When the bystanders shouted the same demand to the mother, she paced up and down, finally sat in the driver’s seat and opened the trunk.

“I wanted to take him with me, look at that,” the mother seemed to be saying.

The incident occurred at around 2:20 p.m. on Wednesday in the 1900 block of North Norwood Avenue.

Police officers in Pueblo, Colorado tried to find Trujillo and her son, but they are both said to be homeless. According to Crime Online, police officers searched several locations without success.

Trujillo and her son could possibly be in the same mid-2000s blue Malibu featured in the shot. The car had no license plates. The police are looking for Trujillo for possible child abuse.

Anyone with information is urged to contact the police station or give Pueblo Crime Stoppers an anonymous lead.
