A police car was damaged in a traffic accident in the city center this afternoon.
Pictures from the scene of the accident at the intersection of Beaver Road and Victoria Road in Ashford show the Vauxhall Astra with damage to the driver’s side and a bent post at the intersection.

After the incident, which occurred around 3:30 p.m., a Range Rover can also be seen in a cordoned off area of the road.
