The shooter is believed to be on a motorcycle or moped when a gun was fired in Birmingham.
During the shooting in Idmiston Croft, in the city’s Druids Heath area, the BMW was slightly damaged just after 6:30 p.m. yesterday.
Four people who were in the vicinity of the vehicle were uninjured.
A West Midlands Police Department spokesman said: “We are conducting investigations into the area to find out who is responsible for the potential threat to life.
“We are particularly interested in hearing from anyone who has traveled near Idmiston Croft at the time and has dashcam footage.
