A man from Trumpington who drove his car at a group of people while shouting threats was arrested.
Aneurin Juniper, 27, drove his Renault Megan through the Coleridge Recreation Area on June 24th last year (2020).
As the Kingfisher Gardens, Trumpington man approached the group, which consisted of adults and children, he shouted “I will kill you” and “I will stab you”.

At the time of the incident, members of the public were calling the police and when Juniper was driving towards Trumpington, he was caught by a police officer.
He was arrested later that day.
On Monday, September 13, 2021, Juniper was sentenced to one year in prison in Cambridge Crown Court after pleading guilty of dangerous driving.
Detective Constable Becky Hughes said, “Juniper’s behavior was unpredictable and unpredictable. He has put the lives of others in danger, which reflects the punishment he has received. “
