Three cars crashed on the M53 in Wallasey.
Rescue workers rushed to the scene of the accident with three cars on the M53 in Wallasey at 4:55 p.m. on Tuesday, July 13
Merseyside Police were on hand to block a section of the A59 west from A5027 Gorsey Lane to Junction 1 of the M53.
The road was closed by officials at 5:55 p.m. and traffic is being regulated back from the Dock Road roundabout to Birkenhead North Station.

The vehicles have now been recovered, the road should be opened again shortly, according to the police.
According to the police, nobody was seriously injured.
