Motorists are advised to avoid the A30 near Bolventor after a car and trailer tip over.
According to the police, the incident occurred at 5:35 pm “half a mile from the Trewint services” on the A30.
The traffic news website Inrix currently states that the A30 “partially blocked to the east, slow traffic due to an accident from Codda (Bolventor / Jamaica Inn, Bolventor) to the B3257 (Bodmin Moor Services, Trewen)”.

A vehicle had “gone off the road”.
The Devon and Cornwall Police Force Information Officer confirmed that there was a collision with a vehicle in traffic in which a car pulled a trailer that had overturned.
FIM added that fortunately no casualties were reported and officials were on site.
The crash is currently slowing down traffic in the area and the police are urging drivers to either prepare for a longer waiting time or avoid the area altogether and find alternative routes.
