Travelers have settled in a seaside parking lot managed by the district council.
At least seven caravans have been spotted in the Marina Esplanade car park in Ramsgate, which got there last week and has stayed there ever since.

The location is close to the boardwalk and East Cliff beach, which is a popular spot for residents and visitors alike.
The Thanet District Council has stopped clearing unauthorized camps during the coronavirus pandemic due to welfare and safety concerns – which is in line with government guidelines.
A spokesman for the agency said: “The council is aware of the East Cliff camp in Ramsgate and the community security team visited the site yesterday to conduct welfare checks.”
