Urgent appeal to find a missing man whose car was spotted 50 miles from home

Officials are urgently seeking help in finding a man whose car was discovered 50 miles from his home.

Colin Phillips has been missing since Monday (December 6th).

But Lancashire police say his car has since been spotted in Carnforth, Lancashire, about 50 miles from his home village.

Mr. Phillips is described as 1.70 m tall, medium height, and bald.

He also has graying hair and a long gray beard, Lancashire police say.

Mr. Phillips is also known to have links with the Keswick area of ​​Cumbria.

Anyone who sees Mr. Phillips or has information about his whereabouts is urged to contact the Lancashire Police as soon as possible.

In a post on Twitter, a Lancashire police spokesman said: “MISSING: Colin Phillips, 42, from Upholland.

“He’s been missing since 12 noon yesterday (Monday).

“His car was later seen in Carnforth.

“He is six feet tall, medium-sized, bald, gray hair and a long gray beard. Has connections to Keswick. “

Anyone with details of Mr Phillips’ disappearance should call the Lancashire Police on 101 using log number 1464, dated December 6, 2021.
