An air ambulance was called to the scene of a collision between a car and a scooter on the A143.
Norfolk Police responded to a call near the Ellingham and Ditchingham junction of the A143 just after 6 p.m. Tuesday.
Other emergency services visited the scene on Old Yarmouth Road, including the fire brigade and ambulance, which were partially blocked.
A Norfolk Police spokesman said: “The ambulance was there for the scooter driver but there does not appear to be any serious injury. The road has been blocked but is now open.
“There will be traffic jams until we have recovered the vehicles.”
Officers stayed on site while the vehicles were recovered.
The Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service sent a fire engine from Loddon to the collision at 6:10 p.m.
A fire department spokesman said the crews used granules because fuel was spilled and helped make the scene safe before leaving the scene at 6:24 p.m.
Traffic between Great Yarmouth and Bury St. Edmunds was affected due to the road closure.
