FIREFIGHTERS in Bolton are staging a charity car wash as part of the borough’s effort to help the people of Ukraine.
Farnworth Fire Station is hosting a car wash today to help raise vital funds for the people of Ukraine.
The car wash will take place at the station on Albert Road, Farnworth, Bolton,
BL4 9HF, from 11am to 4pm.
A spokesperson from Farnworth Fire Station said: “Anyone who wants to come down and get their car washed are more than welcome to.
“People can support just by giving donations which will go to the Ukraine Relief Fund.”
There are also other car washes going on in the borough.
Bolton North Community Fire Station will be hosting their own charity car wash with funds going to the Ukraine Relief Fund, tomorrow from 10am to 4pm at their station on Crompton Way, Bolton, BL1 8UP.
Firefighters at Bolton Central Fire Station are also inviting people to bring their cars down for a wash – or even help out by washing the cars.
Their car wash will take place on March 19 at the station on Moor Lane between 10am and 4pm.
