Injured person gets oxygen after the collision with two cars

The two car accident happened around 5:40 p.m. on Saturday near the cricket ground in Sandford, Claverley.

While the rescue service was on the move, the fire brigade provided first aid to an injured person. The severity of her injuries is not yet known.

A Shropshire Fire and Rescue spokesman said: “We received a call at 5:40 pm on Saturday reporting that a road collision had occurred in Claverley.

“A fire engine was mobilized from Bridgnorth.

“The crews used environmental agency equipment: oxygen first aid and small equipment to handle the incident.

“The crews have made the vehicle and the area safe with the help of environmental scavengers and small equipment. First aid for an accident victim waiting for the ambulance to arrive.”
